Leancubator among official delegation exploring German Women Entrepreneurship

From October 4 to 11, 2025, an Algerian delegation traveled to Berlin as part of the project “Promotion of Women’s Entrepreneurship in the Green Economy in Algeria (PEFEVA)”, implemented by the Ministry of Industry in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
This mission aimed to strengthen bilateral cooperation and foster the exchange of experiences between Algerian and German institutions in the field of sustainable women’s entrepreneurship.
Among the participating institutions, Leancubator had the honor of being represented by Mrs. Nesrine Ziad, Program Director, who took part in this mission to strengthen ties between Algerian and German innovation ecosystems and promote women’s leadership in the green transition.
The delegation brought together around twenty participants representing the Ministry of Industry, regional industry directorates, the Business Support and Advisory Center of Sidi Bel Abbès, the Oran business incubator, the FGAR Guarantee Fund, as well as several incubators and professional associations, reflecting the diversity and vitality of Algeria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

These exchanges provided opportunities to learn from German models supporting women’s entrepreneurship and to identify concrete avenues for collaboration between the two countries.
The delegation was welcomed by His Excellency Mr. Larbi El Hadj Ali, Ambassador of Algeria to Germany.
During the meeting, the Ambassador highlighted the strong dynamic of Algerian-German cooperation, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in promoting inclusive and sustainable development.
This mission opened new pathways for cooperation, encouraged knowledge transfer, and empowered women entrepreneurs in the green economy.
Through its participation, Leancubator reaffirms its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote women’s leadership and advance the transition toward a more sustainable and equitable future.
