As part of the PEFEVA project “ Promoting Women’s Entrepreneurship in the Green Economy ” in Algeria, a training workshop focused on advocacy and public speaking was held from July 15 to 17, 2025, in Algiers. It was organized by the Ministry of Industry in partnership with GIZ, with the support of BMZ.

Leancubator was represented by Salem Hydaia, project manager junior, alongside 17 support structures and associations led by women.

The training aimed to strengthen participants' capacity in institutional advocacy. It covered key techniques in oral communication, including speech structuring, stress management, and body language. Participants also practiced their public speaking through hands-on exercises, readings, filmed presentations, and group feedback sessions.

For Leancubator, this experience was an opportunity to reinforce our institutional communication skills, adopt new approaches to advocate for project leaders with public and private stakeholders, and engage with other actors committed to the green economy.

Led by Ahmed Lahri, the workshop combined theory, practical simulations, and collective video reviews. It aligns with our ongoing commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
