As part of the "Digital and Green Entrepreneurship Development in Algeria (DGA)" project, the Win'Cub capacity-building program marked a major step toward enhancing the excellence of Algeria’s startup support ecosystem.

Designed as an intensive three-day workshop, the program aimed to equip incubator managers with international best practices and practical tools to strengthen operational excellence and improve the quality of entrepreneurial support.

Combining international standards with local realities, the training encouraged peer-to-peer learning among public and private ecosystem actors. Participants gained practical methodologies and performance indicators tailored to the needs of their organizations.

Among the trainers contributing to the program was Nesrine Ziad, Program Director at Leancubator, who shared her expertise and actively supported participants throughout the workshop. Her contribution helped foster knowledge exchange and strengthen capacities among incubation professionals.

Beyond capacity building, the adoption of common standards supports co-incubation initiatives, accelerates the digital and green transition, and contributes to the emergence of more mature and competitive startups. It also reinforces Algeria’s position as a credible partner for innovation and co-innovation within the Euro-Mediterranean region.

The Win'Cub program was developed under the "Digital and Green Entrepreneurship Development in Algeria (DGA)" project, led by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, funded by Germany and the European Union in Algeria, and implemented by GIZ Algeria
