As part of the Learning & Immersion Days of the 8th edition of the Algeria Startup Challenge 2026, our startups took part in a dedicated Mentor Dating session, designed to create meaningful connections between entrepreneurs, experienced professionals, and industry experts.

Connecting Startups with the Right Expertise

The session provided startups with an opportunity to engage in focused, one-on-one conversations with mentors and professionals, based on their specific needs, challenges, and development stage.

These targeted exchanges allowed founders to step back from their day-to-day challenges, gain external perspectives, and discuss the questions that matter most to the development of their ventures.

From Ideas to Actionable Insights

Throughout the session, our founders had the opportunity to challenge their ideas, validate key assumptions, receive actionable feedback, and explore practical solutions to the challenges they are currently facing.

Beyond simply receiving advice, the one-on-one format encouraged direct and constructive conversations, allowing each startup to benefit from insights tailored to its own context.
