A few weeks ago, Leancubator had the honour of being represented at Impact Pioneers ’26 MENA: Enabling Climate Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a flagship initiative by the Swedish Institute, bringing together influencial ecosystem builders from seven countries across the MENA region.

The programme brought together diverse perspectives from entrepreneurship, innovation, policy, academia, the private sector, and civil society, creating valuable opportunities to exchange experiences, challenge established frameworks, and explore new approaches to sustainable development.

And an obvious connection to current work and projets at Leancubator through our change project focused on venture clienting for climate entrepreneurship.

In the context of climate entrepreneurship, this creates opportunities for companies to address challenges such as energy efficiency, resource optimisation, waste reduction, and decarbonisation by testing and adopting innovative solutions developed by startups.

By connecting corporate climate challenges at regional scale with startup capabilities, venture clienting can help companies accelerate their sustainability transitions while giving climate startups access to pilot opportunities, first customers, real-world validation, and pathways to commercial growth.

Our ambition is to strengthen the connection between corporates and climate startups, turning sustainability challenges into business opportunities and helping promising climate solutions move from innovation to market adoption.
