Leancubator had the pleasure of taking part in the 21st Edition of the ESAA Internship Forum, held on December 10, 2025, a flagship event connecting students with leading companies and professional opportunities.

Our presence at the forum focused on three key objectives:
Presented its main programs, including incubation, acceleration, and capacity-building initiatives dedicated to youth and innovators.

During the forum, the team focused on three key objectives:

1. Introducing Leancubator and its mission

We explained how Leancubator supports entrepreneurs, accompanies innovative projects, and contributes to building a stronger startup ecosystem in Algeria. Students discovered the programs we run, the sectors we work in, and the impact of our initiatives.

2. Helping students understand the startup and innovation environment

Through discussions and exchanges, we provided insights into the world of entrepreneurship, project development, and innovation management, areas that many students are eager to explore.

3. Meeting students interested in joining Leancubator

The forum allowed us to identify motivated profiles for internships in project management, communication, business development, event coordination, and program support.
We took the time to listen to students, understand their expectations, and guide them toward opportunities that match their interests.

A special thank you goes to ESAA - École Supérieure Algérienne des Affaires - and the organizing team for hosting this high-quality event and creating a valuable space for dialogue between students and professionals.
