The official launch of the Blue2Market program took place in Oran, on the sidelines of the International Fisheries and Aquaculture Fair (SIPA 2025), bringing together all key stakeholders of the Blue Economy Program.

This event marked the beginning of an intensive support journey dedicated to startups and innovative projects operating within the blue economy value chains.

The day continued with an initial training session and a hands-on workshop led by Leancubator, focused on market segmentation and value proposition design.

Participants had the opportunity to apply the concepts directly to their own projects, through practical exercises, group discussions, and personalized feedback.

The session laid a strong foundation for the program, combining learning, collaboration, and real-world application—while fostering a collective dynamic among startups, experts, and institutional partners.

As a reminder, Blue2Market is implemented under the Blue Economy Program, funded by the European Union in Algeria, in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries and the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, and carried out by Leancubator.
