Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a meeting at Leancubator between representatives of CIHEAM Bari and three promising startups from our previous Agritech programs, Qareeb, Voltagaz, and Biofertech, as part of a field mission conducted under the Digital for Development (D4D Hub) initiative.

The discussion focused on innovation, digitalisation in agriculture, and inclusive approaches to rural agricultural development. Each startup shared its vision, technologies, and ongoing projects, highlighting the strong potential of Algerian innovators to contribute to more efficient, sustainable, and inclusive agrifood systems.

We are proud to facilitate these connections between international partners and local entrepreneurs, creating opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and growth. Strengthening bridges between innovation ecosystems and startups is key to accelerating the digital transformation of agriculture in Algeria.
